APPOINTMENTS:
You will be charged at $20 non-refundable fee at time of booking your try on appointment, this will then be take off the cost of your dress hire.
*please note this will not be refunded in case of no-show or cancellation within 24hours
All dry cleaning and repairs are taken care of by us.
DO NOT ATTEMPT to clean or repair the garment!
- If damage or stains occur please contact as soon as possible with images so we discuss.
-If damage or stains occur you may be charged an extra cleaning or repair fee, this will be at our discretion - min fee is $40
- If the garment is damaged beyond reasonable repair you will be charged the FULL RRP of the garment as shown on our website.
- Please take extra care not to get any avoidable stains (perfume, spray tan, drinks) on the garment.
- Return of your hire - Postal returns: if your garment is NOT handed in at Australia Post with lodgement receipt on your returns date a fee of $25 per day will occur until the garment is returned to us. Drop off returns: if your garment is not returned to us at the store or the agreed location on your specified return date a fee of $25 per day will apply

General wear and tear:Please note our rental garments are well cared for but in some instances may have small flaws or signs of wear.
NO refund policy
This includes a hire item not fitting, cancellation of an event or change of mind, or unforseen Australia Post delays.
Posy Outfit Hire does not offer refunds for cancelled orders or items that do not fit, strictly a store credit at our discretion. To be eligible for any store credit, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the start date of your hire booking.
Postage policy
Posy Outfit Hire is not responsible for items that do not arrive on or by specific date due to unforeseen Australia Post delays.
